1. The proportion of processing and manufacturing in ERECO’s industry structure

Manufacture and fabrication of steel structures, distribution pipelines, and non-standard equipment account for approximately 31% of ERECO’s industry structure. We have cooperated and supplied to the market thousands of tons of steel structures and equipment for major projects in Vietnam. And soon, we are aiming to expand to other international markets such as Japan, Korea, etc.

2.Facilities in service of processing and manufacturing

ERECO has a factory for processing and production in Nhat Tao Street, Dong Ngac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, and ​​up to 3000m2. We invest the factory in technological lines and modern equipment and machines such as CNC cutting machine, wire cutting machine, stamping machine, rolling machine, CNC lathe, crane, etc. to meet the most rigorous technical and quality requirements.

3. ERECO processed and fabricated products

Some products manufactured by ERECO four projects include tanks, handrails, stair handrails, conveyors, pipe and equipment tracking systems, steel poles, manipulating tubes, etc.

Some projects on outsourcing and manufacturing that ERECO has performed for customers such as

– Manufacture and fabrication of steel structures for the support system, ladder system for ceramic project

– Construction of steel stairs structure at British University – Vietnam (BUV) – Ecopark, Van Giang, Hung Yen. 

– Manufacturing the factory expansion line of Honda Vietnam 

– Manufacturing new fish sauce cooking tanks VS501B at Miwon Viet Tri factory, Song Thao Street, Tho Son Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province
